The same dream again. I'm standing at the shore of a calm, moonlit ocean. The water is unnaturally clear. I feel a sense of peace but also a pull to walk into the water. I always wake up before I do. What does it mean?

A classic anxiety dream. My teeth were crumbling in my hands. I felt panicked and helpless. Probably related to the stress at work this week. Need to find a way to manage it better.
